Code Blue An Oath to the Badge and Gun
The courtrooms were the place where a criminal’s activities began,
But these courtrooms were where judges took control of it all.
Backtracking through files of previous cases that were worked,
Certain judges were put on cases to make sure convictions happened.
Prosecutors were put on cases that they felt they can get convictions,
Defense attorneys made sure they didn’t address certain things in court.
The defense would make sure that the prosecution had a chance to win the case,
There were agreements made ahead of time to make sure convictions were achieved.
These prosecutors had numbers to make themselves for the higher ups,
Judges and lawyers were paid more, the more they put minorities in prisons.
