Gambling

I’m an addiction and I know I control you,

I’ve broken up relationships and marriages easily.

It’s an uncontrollable feeling that people get,

When they step in a casino and pull a slot machine.

It’s an exhilarating feeling playing craps or poker,

And all of those other games that are readily available to play.

Wasting hours of your time giving the casino your money,

That money you spent 40-50 hours in a week to earn.

I hope you paid all of your bills on time,

Because you have to have fun with me after a long week of work.

Rich people don’t care if they lose money to me,

It’s just a habit that they have but don’t realize I can get them sucked in too.
