INTRODUCING PARADISE
Most people who die for more than a few seconds find themselves, in spirit bodies, zipping through space to a new place where they are interviewed and then directed to different venues. Most then meet with the spirits of family members and some good friends who have passed on already, all of them looking happy and very alive - some ancestors are only identified by a returnee to Earth when searching through old family photos. Certain pre-arranged meetings may also occur with others instead of with family members, for example an ex-soldier met a close comrade who had died during the Vietnam war. This dead comrade introduced the spirit of his now also dead friend to different afterlife venues and the spirits of others who had already died. Returnees to Earth provide us with our best descriptions of what afterlife venues in Paradise are really like.

NDEs and God
Why aren’t there many more descriptions of the different sections of Paradise? Paradise and its sections are mainly for the spirits of people who have died and have not returned to Earth, but are waiting there until Judgement. Very few NDErs experience more than a fleeting visit to its gardens before they return to Earth, perhaps having met with an old friend or relative there. Consequently, we lack detailed reports of what it is like. The description below is from a girl whose NDE followed a cardiac arrest and who, after her return to Earth, described her time in Paradise and answered questions posed on the standard NDERF questionnaire.
Firstly, her brief description of Hades:
“It was like a Peter Max poster. (Peter Max is an American artist who specializes in Pop Art, and is known for his generous use of vibrant colours). I saw the most vividly beautiful, psychedelic colours that I had ever seen in my life. I felt peace like I have never felt before and it was actually beautiful. I also told him (her doctor) that I was annoyed they brought me back!”
Here is an excerpt from her answers to some other questions posed:
During your experience, did you gain information about love? Yes. I felt love and peace on the other side.
Did you have a feeling of peace or pleasantness? Incredible peace or pleasantness. I felt peace like I have never felt before and it was actually beautiful.
Did you have a feeling of joy? Incredible joy.
Did you have a sense of harmony or unity with the Universe? I felt united or one with the world. I now have no fear of death despite having had panic attacks about death my whole life.
Did you have a change in your values and beliefs because of your experience? Yes. I now believe in life after death. There is another realm or dimension after we die. I now believe materialistic things are not important.
Did you see an unearthly light? Yes. There were bright colours I’ve never seen on Earth.
*She and many others have reported seeing vibrant new colours in the afterlife. Another returnee reports that “I was running in a meadow with very tall grass. The grass was the colour of a very intense green, comparable to the expanses of Scotland. Yet, the colour was much more of an intense green colour and phosphorescent. This colour doesn’t exist here, so it is hard to describe it. The sky was very blue, with some white clouds. It was very pleasant scenery. At the bottom of this clearing of grass, there was a huge, majestic oak tree.”
We cannot imagine in advance colours that we have never seen intermingled with those we already find breathtaking here on Earth, nor the lovely music we have not yet heard that has been reported by a number of NDErs, but we can look forward to these and other new, exciting experiences while we visit or wait there in God’s Paradise.
