Jehovah’s Witnesses Exposed!
Child Molestations, Rapes, & Pedophiles
Deuteronomy 22:25-27 “If, however, the man happened to meet the engaged girl in the field and the man overpowered her and lay down with her, the man who lay down with her is to die by himself, 26 and you must do nothing to the girl. The girl has not committed a sin deserving of death. This case is the same as when a man attacks his fellow man and murders him. 27 For he happened to meet her in the field, and the engaged girl screamed, but there was no one to rescue her.
They told you that Jehovah’s Organization” was a clean and wholesome organization. But the only way they can convince you of this is by hiding from you what’s really going on! The Jehovah’s Witnesses have settled many lawsuits concerning child molestations, rapes & pedophiles. These lawsuits have alleged that the church policies have protected the criminals rather than the victims. Child molestation & abuse is treated more like a sin than a crime. Elders are well aware of these child molesters but do not report them to the authorities. Instead they’re told to report them to the “Watchtower Headquarters.”
The elders actions are governed by what is written in a secret manual called “Shepherd The Flock of God.” The book instructs them to never suggest that a victim shouldn’t report to the police. Elders are told that they should inform the victim that it’s their own personal decision. However, it also clearly states that this option should only be given to them if ask for it directly.
The two witness rule
The two witness rule elders are informed to follow in all sexual matters is the one considered in Matthew 18:15-17.
Matthew 18:15-17: “Moreover, if your brother commits a sin, go and reveal his fault* between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he does not listen, take along with you one or two more, so that on the testimony* of two or three witnesses every matter may be established. 17 If he does not listen to them, speak to the congregation. If he does not listen even to the congregation, let him be to you just as a man of the nations and as a tax collector.
Well, the problem with this rule is that most sexual criminals prefer to do their dirt alone. Most victims don’t have several witnesses watching them get raped or molested. Anyone who is a true criminal prefers not to ever have any witnesses present. This “2 Witness Rule” has enabled elders, circuit overseers, ministerial servants, publishers, and other men in trusted positions to become repeat offenders. The “unquestioned authority” of these men has given them unlimited access to their victims. Doubting men in authority is looked upon as having doubts about “God’s arrangement.”
As a result of the 2 witness rule, the kingdom halls have become a pedophiles paradise. Many members have no idea of what goes on behind the judicial committee doors. A pedophile can be present amongst the group for many years and not be discovered. The confidentiality among elders is not even discussed among their wives at home. As a matter of fact internal church records now show that over 23,000 child abuse cases have not been reported to the authorities.
Many of these criminals have molested children repeatedly for decades. This is because Jehovah’s Witnesses will not report child abuse to the authorities unless it’s mandated by the state to do so. The policies enacted by Jehovah’s Witnesses protect pedophiles instead of the children. Whenever an allegation of child molestation or rape is brought to the attention of the elders; the most they can do is disfellowship the offender. The elders then report the matter to “Watchtower Headquarters.”
The “Watchtower Headquarters” in turn keeps a record of the accuser’s name and offense in their secret database. Every detail about what happened is written down. But rarely is anything done in regards to the victim unless forced to do so by the law. Jehovah’s Witnesses care more about the image of the organization rather than the victims. They’re indoctrinated with the belief that “Jehovah’s Name” should be protected at all cost. So Jehovah’s Witnesses usually don’t speak to sources outside the church because are looked upon as bad associations or worldly influence.
Loyal members are treated as disposable at any time should they put the image of the organization in a bad light. Jehovah’s Witnesses consider such actions as an offense against “God himself.” They will not disclose any information to other members in the congregation even if the predator has repeated the act several times.
Jehovah’s Witnesses elders choose to keep an abuser’s confession confidential. In matters of incest, where a parent is sexually abusing his/her own child, victims are told not to notify police but to leave matters in the hands of church elders. If the criminal denies the charges no further action is taken because of the 2 Witness Rule. The victim is usually left alone to defend for themselves. Another scripture that Jehovah’s Witnesses use to justify their reasons for not speaking with the police is the one listed below.
1 Corinthians 6:1-6 Does any one of you who has a dispute with another dare to go to court before unrighteous men, and not before the holy ones? 2 Or do you not know that the holy ones will judge the world? And if the world is to be judged by you, are you not competent to try very trivial matters? 3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? Then why not matters of this life? 4 If, then, you do have matters of this life to be tried, is it the men looked down on in the congregation whom you assign as judges? 5 I am speaking to move you to shame. Is there not one wise man among you who is able to judge between his brothers? 6 Instead, brother goes to court against brother, and before unbelievers at that!
The men of “The Watchtower” don’t want anyone knowing they have a child abuse problem. By covering it up they just hurt 1 person. By letting it out, they hurt the image of the church. The elders are strictly warned; If you get any single allegation of child abuse, you are to phone the legal offices of “The Watchtower.” On July 1,1989 “The Watchtower” sent each congregation of elders several confidential memos on how to handle child abuse. Elder’s are told to “Be careful not to divulge information about personal matters…” They are quoted the scripture in Ecclesiastes 3:7 that says: A time to rip apart and a time to sew together; A time to be silent and a time to speak.
Sadly, many members have been scolded for trying to warn others. Many are told to “Wait on Jehovah or leave it in Jehovah’s hands” Some who spoke out against the church were usually marked as bad associations. Certainly it takes great courage to speak out against “Watchtower” policies on abuse. Some Jehovah’s Witnesses have deliberately chose to live in denial of these facts. They consider it as just another attack by Satan. The bottom line is sexual abuse of children is not to be tolerated no matter what the reasonings. There are no scriptures that justify this type of criminal negligence. The victim should always be considered top priority in any investigation.
In Romans 13:1,2 you will see God’s words coming true when it says: Let every person be in subjection to the superior authorities, for there is no authority except by God; the existing authorities stand placed in their relative positions by God. Therefore, whoever opposes the authority has taken a stand against the arrangement of God; those who have taken a stand against it will bring judgment against themselves.
With the power of the internet and the ability to research anything online; Jehovah’s Witnesses are being exposed for who they really are. In Luke 8:17 you will read: For there is nothing hidden that will not become manifest, nor anything carefully concealed that will never become known and not come out in the open.
The leadership of “The Watchtower” has been trying to hide some very valuable information. There are tons of news articles about elders, overseers, ministerial servants, and publishers who have been convicted of sex crimes, molestations, and rapes. The elders are well aware of these things because they’ve received dozens of letters from “The Watchtower Society” that are marked as confidential.
A Word to The Victim Who is Reading This
If you’re a Jehovah’s witness reading this and you’ve been molested, raped, or violated; there are plenty of places that are willing to help you. Don’t let the organization fool you into believing that outside is a demonic and evil world. Ask yourself this honest question. Who are these people you’re going to the Kingdom Hall with? Is it really love when they can love you one minute and as soon as someone says “you’re disfellowshipped” they can disown you just as quick.
A campaign called “Silent Lambs” has been created to provide a voice for those victimized by sexual and physical abuse in the “Watchtower.” Their website is http://www.silentlambs.org and they can be reached at 1-877-982-2873.
Please speak up! God NEVER shuns or disfellowships us…He just WAKES US UP! There’s hope for you. If you have family still in the organization and you don’t want to lose your family, let them read this book too.
