Stop your chatter and get beyond your whirlpool of thoughts. Speak only when absolutely necessary! Communicate on a deeper level because it is only in the depth of silence that you will cleanse your perceptions and find infinity. I do not have the vocabulary through verbal language to describe the ecstasy of silence. It makes me want to be occupied in things that benefit my soul. It is so beyond description because as you close your outer eyes you open your inner eye and listen to the whisper of your soul. Then your whole being becomes your eye with which you see the world. Actively engage with silence, a space where you find inner stillness and peace. This is where you begin to see with your inner eyes and hear with your inner ears. It is a space full of tranquility, equilibrium and harmony here. The longer you stay in the silence, the more you become absorbed into the Silence. This is where you will enjoy a deeper state of serenity. Eventually you disappear into the Silence as you bathe yourself in the total stillness. Listen for wisdom to come from your own inner voice. This is a divine occasion because there is nowhere to go and nothing to do but listen to your own inner wisdom. This is your new beginning filled with the power of mystical potential. In this silence you will find how worthy you are of great honor and how magnificent you are as a child of the Light. Stop hiding your divinity the same way that cataracts blur your vision. Remove the veil, remove the screen. Are you ready to learn something beyond that with which you have grown accustomed?

Silence often conjures memories of my time in the Himalayas when I was invited to speak during the month of November on hypnosis at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurological Sciences (Institute of Neurology) in Bangalore in the southern part of India. While there, I felt an irresistible current draw me to northern India to hike the majestic Himalayan Mountains. The unforgiving bitter winds and jagged peaks of the mountains are just commanding. The silence is haunting and remains in memory and consciousness and not quickly forgotten. The Himalayas bow my head to nature and to Spirit! It is an untouched and undefeated part of our world. In these mystical mountains full of wonder and mystery is where the gods descend from heaven to walk among the snowy peaks of the Himalayas. The incredible panoramic majesty of the mountains, of the hidden valleys and isolated peaks, was breathtaking. My very soul was lost in the sheer magnitude of the beauty before me despite losing electricity every day in early evening. I quickly learned to navigate my way in my room through candlelight. There was incredible physical beauty unlike any other that I had seen. This is where the pranic current is highly charged from the footsteps of the sages, and the energy vibrates very rapidly because it is pure here and has not been contaminated by various pollutions unlike many other parts of India. I found it to be the perfect place to merge my mind with the universe in a perfect ecstatic union. This was clearly a sacred moment in my ordinary life, a moment of great expansion in my awareness.
