It's important to me to get my stories to the public in memory of my parents and now my mother-in-law. They loved my stories and I believe that you will too! Here's information about me: Drew has been writing all of his life, or at least from the time he knew what words and stories could do. In second grade he was writing audio plays and now, many...many years later, he's still writing. He's written the Tokorel sci-fi series, which has received numerous accolades, great reviews and awards, and numerous other books both fantastic and original. He loves sci-fi and fantasy but he also writes non-fiction as well. He lives in Fort Collins, Colorado with his wonderful family and runs a video production company to pay the bills, in addition to working for the city Parks Department. He loves people, so feel free to Email him anytime if you have questions about his books or want to chat. He can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We occasionally find ourselves in situations that just go badly. No matter what our good intentions are, they don't turn out the way we want them and are sometimes even worse than we ever thought that they could be. But then that tiny miracle happens, and that terribly bad situation turns itself around and we find ourselves dancing for joy! That's what happens in this particular passage. A very bad situation for Tom turns into the opportunity of a lifetime, thanks to some quick thinking on his part. I hope that you enjoy this passage and that you'll consider reading "The Imagination Stone".

If it hadn’t been for you following your instincts, this meeting might have never taken place and my thoughts about young Parker, here, would have forever been mistaken. But, the meeting did take place and because of what you did, I’m going to give you a two week vacation. My treat to where ever you would like to go in the continental U.S. and I’ll pay for a friend to go with you. Just let me know where you’d like to go and when and I’ll handle the arrangements. For right now, however, I want you to hold all my calls and reschedule any appointments that I have in the next two hours. I want to talk with these gentlemen and I don’t want to be interrupted. Tom? Introduce me to your partner here. I want to get to know you both better. Please, come with me and let’s talk business over a late lunch, unless of course, you two have already eaten…”
