In this paragraph is the beginning of the mass confusion that enters Andrew's life. Even though he has no idea how it happened, he has not only thrown himself back in time, but actually crossed over to a different timeline. He no longer has just one child, but now has two. He has to go through old photos and writings just to discover who he is and now it's time to try and get back to where he belongs. What has he done?
Lines of Force: The Weekend Adventures of Andrew Barton
After breakfast, Andrew went back out to the garage. He wanted to figure out what he had done that created this situation and threw him back in time. He had so much to think about. He wondered where his other self was. The self that was here earlier. At least he knew what would happen today. He had lived it before. At least he thought he had until histwogirls came bounding out from the kitchen. He didn’t know what to think. He didn’t know his own children. He spent most of the morning looking through memory boxes and trying to figure out his life. What had he done? Eventually, he made his way back out to the garage. Maybe he could undo what he had done.
