Making “Complicated” Simple


If bigotry isn’t a disease, it’s certainly a disorder of the reimagined historical context.

Wikipedia article Native American disease and epidemics: “The contacts during European colonization of the Americas were blamed as the catalyst for the huge spread of Old World plagues that decimated the indigenous population.” And historian David Stannard asserts that, “their destruction ‘was neither inadvertent nor inevitable’, but the result of microbial pestilence and purposeful genocide working in tandem.”

Modern Progressive sources tell us that “Native Americans died of disease ‘brought on’ by the ‘first colonists.’” ["Brought on" meaning: to cause something to happen, especially something bad or unpleasant.]

Google’s AI Overview states; “’European diseases’ typically refers to infectious diseases that originated in Europe and were introduced to other parts of the world, particularly the Americas, by European colonists. These included diseases like smallpox, measles, influenza, and bubonic plague.”

This is a lie. Smallpox originated in Africa, measles the Middle East, influenza in China, and bubonic plague in Central Asia.

“European diseases” and “Columbian Exchange” are terms that are used to create categories for a methodology of targeted blame and bias.

And yet the same source treats others quite differently:

Google’s AI Overview states; “Some people did refer to coronavirus (the disease COVID-19) using the inaccurate and xenophobic terms "Wuhan Virus" or "China Virus," but official health organizations and experts discourage this practice because it is stigmatizing and harmful.”

Then why is this practice being encouraged for targeted ethnicities?

And why are our schools teaching an anti-intellectual and atheoretical Nazism that is both authoritarian and doctrinaire?

The same “Nazism” and xenophobic vision that is so thinly cloaked by the use of “colonizing,” “colonial,” and the highly doctrinaire term “decolonizing” — are teachings designed to promote attitudes, prejudices and behaviors that reject, exclude and vilify “white males” of “European” decent. A vision that marches step-for-step alongside the Old School Nazi’s belief in the annihilation of all enemies of the Aryan Volk as the one and only goal of Nazi policy.

Of course, there are academic excuses for this. But their excuses are merely backfill around the foundations of bias: supporting a doctrine of privilege and hate.

While the contextual rhetoric of their arguments is sometimes complex, the answer is simple: they’re simply trying to deceive us.

Bigots are as bigots do
so if you do like a bigot
then the bigot be you.
