Dr. Doreen Downing is a Psychologist, Founder of the Essential Speaking Institute, and host of the Find Your Voice, Change Your Life Podcast.

She once suffered from stage fright and avoided stepping into the spotlight. In conquering her fear, she discovered that being connected to your Essence, your authentic self, is the key to relaxed and confident speaking.

She now specializes in the treatment of public speaking anxiety and is author of the book, The 7 Secrets to Essential Speaking: Find Your Voice, Change Your Life.
