The Cover
In 2010 in a time of seeking God, I went to Israel. The photo on the cover was taken in Nazareth in front of a church which is believed to house the family home of Jesus. On the floor there is writing which says, “Blessed be Mary, Mother of God”. It is carbon dated close to the time Jesus was crucified. The attached carpentry shop was there when Jesus was a boy. At that time Nazareth had about 300 people. So, this may well have been Jesus’ home.
The Church has no exterior lighting. The white beam of light illuminates the words in Latin et habitavit which means and He made his dwelling. The complete scripture on the front of the building is The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. John 1:14 I believe this was a confirmation of His being with me. Unfortunately, I saw it after I arrived home when the picture was larger. His presence was with me in Jerusalem as you will see in a later chapter. If it wasn’t I might not be writing this book.
