Nature often holds up a mirror so we can see more clearly the ongoing processes of growth, renewal and transformation in our lives. ~Mary Ann Brussat, Journalist and film critic
Share the Seeds
Gardeners are some of the most generous people I know. We love to share seeds, cuttings, growing tips or the newest natural pesticide recipe. I enjoy hearing the contagious laughter of women as we swap garden stories about the biggest pumpkin or the critter that stole the prize tomato.
One of the many joys of being a woman comes from developing the art of sharing the celebration of being ourselves. With the tools, knowledge, experience and wisdom you have gained, you can not only come to celebrate every life season but to communicate your successful garden stories with other women as well. By helping others restore their inner wellness gardens, you and I contribute to creating families, communities, and eventually a nation well-rooted in wholesome, nature-inspired health principles and practices.
As an aging-with-vitality woman, I believe it is important to join together to share the promise, opportunity and potential of each new season. When we discover how to be well, we gain confidence in our ability, privilege and responsibility to share these seeds of wisdom with others.
