Step Five:
How to avoid threats and dissension

The fifth step in controlling an entire planet is to anticipate future threats and build in systems to avoid or minimize them.

One of the greater threats to our mandate of total control emerged early in our takeover—when we discovered the inherent differences in the inhabitant’s genders. We quickly deduced that the male species was the preferred sex to work with and control through. The male species were more competitive, ambitious and fear-based. Greed easily tempted them and they were more apt to create chaos. In fact, they were the race that contacted us and who controlled all their religious teachings. In contrast, the females of this race were more apt to be compassionate, caring and peace-loving—all undesirable traits in our controlling systems.

We discovered these females represented an even bigger threat, particularly those who were in their childbearing years. We found they were actually capable, especially at specific times of the month, of having increased perceptive powers that may allow them to not only “see through” any planned deceptions of ours, but potentially even see through our race’s disguised appearance!

We elaborated on man’s importance with these inhabitants and told them that men should be the ones to rule. We further instructed that they should keep their females submissive, controlled and removed from all important meetings and financial dealings. We influenced their leaders that all females should be home, caring for their families and banned from all secret and important meetings. Male superiority ensured their females could not vote or hold any influential positions, especially in religion, politics and military agendas.

We mandated all churches and controlling religions to keep their females from getting leadership roles; and we also discouraged women from seeking top positions with big businesses. While in more recent times some of their females broke through a few of these restrictions, overall we were successful in keeping them away from our more secret operations. Today most of our controlling group operates covertly in hidden locations underground; so discovery and exposure are less likely.

Our most influential religion, in keeping with the mandate of suppressing their females, even banned the use of birth control. This forced most of this religion’s females to remain home for longer periods of time raising children.

Their societies and our religious teachings emphasized the superiority of men over women, creating more condemnation for females choosing a career over child-rearing. As these females eventually pushed for the right to vote and got involved in the workforce, their male employers would always pay them less than their male counterparts—all to further discourage their participation. This practice continues even today.

These attitudes of superiority, separation and prejudice have resulted in all forms of persecution across the globe to keep females conditioned to more submissive roles, lessening the threat of their inherent potential and power. Even in more modern and democratic countries today, the abuse of women has been steadily increasing, especially against women in poverty.

Another important area to consider in controlling a planet is the necessity of expecting population increases, to keep evolution and dissension to a minimum. As population increased on this planet, it was necessary to establish mandates for our leaders. The most important mandate was to keep populations low enough to continue their control—best for enacting their “One World Order”.

We made health care a costly expense for their citizens, assuring that those who were poor and unable to provide a steady stream of taxable wealth for us would have the highest risk of death. Eliminating the poor, the disabled, the weak, the elderly and all the “non-contributing” inhabitants was always on our agenda—made possible with the systems we put in place.

In industrialized countries today, we put any inhabitant that could not work on a planned system of control. We purposely kept these incomes restrictive and below their ability to provide for themselves, to force them back into servitude. If they still could not work, it would increase their debts and stress, leading to additional illness. It would also increase the burden of families trying to help them. This magnified the numbers we could control. The stress this has caused has driven many into criminal activities, illnesses and early death. After all, the mandate of our monetary system has always been: “If you are incapable of giving us your wealth through your hard work and labor, you do not deserve to live!”

It worked out nicely for my race, as now huge numbers of “non-contributing” inhabitants are being eliminated daily.

In ancient times, some of these deaths and executions of tax evaders and non-contributors were open displays to keep the populace disciplined. Today, with the inhabitants becoming more aware, we keep most of these deaths hidden. We purposely leave accounts of these statistics out of media reporting and public display—to keep the appearance of a more humane society for those we wish to exploit.

Early in the infancy of our occupation and control, we grew aware of another threat, one that threatened the very core of the religious doctrines that we were trying to promote and work with.

A spiritual master made his presence known on this planet some time ago. He quickly became popular in his teachings and his condemnation of prevailing religious beliefs. We did not realize this one for some time; but when we finally heard of his influence and desire for people to turn away from fear, chaos, and judgment, we quickly alerted the heads of the church, and convinced them of the need for his elimination.

Eventually our leaders were able to create his demise and justify the act through our created doctrine. However, we were a little late in doing so, as he had amassed many followers and his teachings still influence many to this day. We also could not make as many changes as we would have liked in the recording of his life and his preaching, as in his death and alleged re-appearance, he’d become a powerful and influential martyr. We eliminated some—especially details of his personal life that created the largest threat. Our race’s only recourse was to persist with “our” teachings, strengthen the monetary system and hope, in the decades that followed, that this planet’s inhabitants would forget or turn back to their older biblical scriptures.

This problem, in more recent times, seems to have solved itself. Hundreds of new faiths have emerged, all claiming that they are the ones who alone understand his teachings. Disagreements between these faiths have caused new anarchy, hypocrisy, and judgment among many—the very opposite ideals of what this religious master preached.

Some inhabitants today even believe he did not “exist” (much to our delight)! Old prejudices have been dredged up and used against many followers, with many still citing the older testaments that we had manipulated. It even surprised us, how quickly the main message of this master of love got overlooked and forgotten. Judgment and prejudice continue even today on this planet. We found it helpful that these inhabitants could still drum up enough fearful consequences through their own hypocrisy, to keep our occupation alive.

After this master’s death, with the monetary systems still in place and kingdoms ruling the land, our old religious teachings would still have the strongest hold on the people. Over the years, all those who opposed authority or the old religious doctrine were subject to imprisonment, torture, or death. In fact, in those days it was a public spectacle, to keep the majority better controlled. Wars and conflicts continued throughout history, repeatedly to gain power, land, and more wealth for the controllers and resources for our race.

Again, their religions would do the rest, always keeping vigilance against perceived blasphemers and sinners. They drowned, tortured, hung and burned all those who believed in something different, accusing many of witchcraft and devilry while those of wealth were forever immune. We used these beliefs against many inhabitants, and even against leaders who challenged our control. This stifled the planet’s evolution and awakening for thousands of years.
