Think of the people in your company who have done something well in the past month. Pick one person and answer the following questions:
1. What was the result that impressed you?
2. What obstacles had blocked success previously?
3. What specific strengths and innovative paths did a coworker or employee take to overcome the obstacle(s)?
4. How did the final result impact your company and clients?
After leading by example, ask your executives and managers to do the same.
I dare you to do this once a week for 40 days!
