Are You Compliant?
Years ago when I first wrote this scene, I imagined it in the future. Well, the future is here. People are encouraged to tattle on friends, neighbors, family and strangers if they see someone not going along with the "program". It may not be a perfect picture, but much of "God's Armory" is being fulfilled before our eyes. Every prophecy in the Bible will come to pass. "God's Armory" is my Idea of how some of it could happen. Oh, and here is a "fun fact". The two men's names used here are from two men who were in our church years ago.

God's Armory
A couple brave men were in the church lobby putting on raincoats to go door knocking.
“Last year it was cold with light rain, but this year it’s freezing! I had to scrape ice off my windshield this morning,” brother Jonathan said, shaking his head.
“Yeah, me too,” Vincent replied, “Whatever happened to global warming?”
Then, looking outside, he added, “I wonder where the
Spirit will take us today.”
“You got me there. Usually, God gives me some impression of where to go, but today I got nothing. How about you?” asked Jonathan.
“Same here. Guess we will be walking by faith.” They smiled. “I don’t know what we’ll be doing in a couple of days. Have you heard the latest news?” Vincent asked.
“What’s that?”
“Starting tomorrow, they’re offering $500.00 to whoever turns in a lead on anyone not compliant. Can you believe that?”
“What will we do then?”
“I don’t know. But I know my God. And He is always on time. Jesus will show us what to do when it’s time for us to know. Right now, it’s time for us to go. Ready?”
“Ready.” As they opened the door, they heard the loud siren. They closed the door again. “What do we do now?”
“Check the news and stay inside,” Jonathan recited.
“Right, we have to go to the nearest fallout shelter, and the church is a fallout shelter. If we are seen leaving we’re in for trouble. And you know every neighbor and family member is encouraged to turn in people who don’t get with the program.”
“Yeah, that neighbor across the street would love to turn us in.”
