The Evil One returned from his conference with the one above. Satan, aka The Evil One, the Dragon, etc. slithered upon the burning coals of the meeting room here at the ends of the Earth deep beneath the ice layer. Surrounded by his top demons, he had no need to change his appearance, so he looked like what he was, a large ugly snake. His skin color changed to match his surroundings making him almost invisible from time to time. His subordinates who had fallen from heaven with him still looked the worse for wear but at least they had retained their legs, giving them the appearance of Komodo dragons. The dark walls flickered with fire casting a yellow/red light upon the group.
The demons were still upset about losing the battle in heaven. Satan hoped to pacify them with his news. “I knew I could talk him into a deal. Though we remain trapped within the dome of Earth,”
The demons groaned.
Satan glared at them and they quieted. “We can still fly through the air don’t forget. Now then, when I tricked Eve and Adam into eating from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil that changed everything.” The Evil One smiled and his forked tongue flicked about. “Now that they have disobeyed God, every soul is born in sin. That makes them my children!”
The demons nodded, smiled a creepy smile, and flicked their long tongues.
