The main premise of the book is to teach the kiddos a lesson on communication and sharing their feelings. It’s ok to open up to a friend or parent. It’s sometimes scary to share your feelings and thoughts BUT if you don’t, and you keep all those funny feelings in your head and belly, then you get upset and mad.
