If he returns, will Lucifer destroy all they have done?
Glen lives in Illinois with his wife. He is, and has always been, an avid story teller. From a young age Glen was fascinated with creating complex alternate universes. His first published writing is the Infinity series.
One of the things I enjoyed writing the most, in Rulers, was the new relationship between the Father and Lucifer.
However, at times, I felt the need to go back to their roots as teacher and pupil.
Although Lucifer has learned much from his time on earth, the Father continues to help train him on using his powers.
In the end, is it really wise for the Father to make Lucifer more powerful?

Infinity - Rulers
“What is it you want me to do when they arrive?” I asked.
“Wait at this spot and when I tell you to, hit the ground as hard as you can and then quickly fly up.”
“What, that is all?” I replied.
“Yes, now Belial, when he strikes the ground, lift me up and fly to him.”
“Yes, Father I understand,” Belial said.
Anubis and Horus along with all their soldiers filled the hilltop. Anubis pointed toward us and began to run in our direction. As he ran into the woods, it was hard to see them. Just as one came out from the trees, the Father touched my hand.
“Now,” He said calmly.
I quickly raised my energy and drove my fist into the ground. As I jumped up, the ground cracked, leading up to the trees. The woods began to collapse inward as the ground fell into the cave below.
In the midst of confusion and shouting, the debris covered the soldiers, along with both Horus and Anubis. The cracking stopped leaving the entire area fallen below us. We flew to the top of another hill and waited to see if they would free themselves.
“How did you know it would collapse?” I asked.
“When I searched the cave below, I noticed the tree roots reaching down through the ceiling of the cave. I realized other fallen trees had created the opening. Eventually the woods would have fallen into the cave. We just helped it to do so.”
“Ha-ha…Clever,” Belial laughed.
“How was I to know this was possible?” I asked.
“Lucifer, learn to know your surroundings. I am sure eventually you will settle down in one place and because of whom you are, there will always be someone wanting to challenge your strength. With your power, set an example for them. Prove killing to win is not necessary.”
The soldiers began to free themselves from the rubble.
“They will keep coming to fight, Father.”
“I am sure they will realize their defeat and they will want to flee. They might challenge you another time, but by defeating them every time, eventually they will give up. To live only to fight, no being wants such an existence.”
