In the fanciful world of Sendalar, where dragons dot the skies and magic is slowly giving way to industry, Raven’s Blood and Talman Goodearth meet in the tiny village of River’s Bend, where they become best friends. When a tragedy occurs, however, the boys are torn apart. Years later, they come back together at university. Love blossoms, but danger lurks in the shadows. Raven and Tal slowly discover that their love may come with a price too high to bear.
Born and raised in the Midwest. Currently reside in the San Diego area. I produce gay romantic fiction within the genres of fantasy, sci fi, and supernatural. In my universe, there are no “coming out” stories. The intent is to create fun, action-filled, dramatic romance stories for those readers who’ve been longing to see such stories with two male leads.
All of my stories involve elements of action, adventure, and mystery, but in The Good Shaman I wanted the love story between Raven and Tal to be the main focus. Romance takes center stage in this one. It's not only about two people who spend a lifetime loving one another, it's about how that love helps them to overcome hardships and trauma. I find it beautiful, and my hope is that others can relate to the beauty of it.

The Good Shaman
For several minutes, they lay in silence. Tal didn’t yet feel tired. He lay on his back, staring up at the dark ceiling, his mind swirling with thoughts. Nearby on the cot, Raven’s breathing was soft and even. Tal assumed he’d already fallen asleep, so he was surprised when, after a long silence, Raven said, “Tal?” He rolled over onto his side, facing his friend even though he couldn’t see him very well in the dark. “Yeah?” “I’m scared. I don’t want to be, but I am.” Tal reached out with one hand. He searched blindly for Raven’s hand until he found it. The cot was close enough to his bed for him to reach. When his hand slipped into Raven’s, Raven started in shock, but he didn’t pull away. Instead, his hand clasped back as hard as it was being clasped. “It will be all right,” Tal said. He didn’t exactly believe it, but he thought it was the right thing to say. He thought it was what Raven wanted to hear. They fell asleep holding hands.
