We have several animals highlighted in the series, but Franklin was introduced in this volume.
Su Lin is a key character in this story that explores chip technology, animal husbandry, and some of the relevant research projects on wearable versus embedded technologies. We leverage Franklin for this and his amazing relationship with Su Lin.
Let us know if you enjoy this match up and how they progress through the story to its hopefully surprising conclusion. We would enjoy your feedback!
Book Excerpt
The Enigma Ignite
Franklin was his typical docile self, and as usual, he was interested in the goings on of others. Some of his social skills were unpolished, but his friendly nature made up for the minor indiscretions he committed now and again. While he was part of the group, he just didn’t quite fit in with the others and so he tended to wander off muttering to himself. He always became alert and very attentive when Su Lin came into view. Her voice was soothing to his ears, and he seemed to hang on every word she offered. Theirs was a unique relationship of give and take, but that was to be expected from a research animal, specifically a 135 kilo pig.
