“No,” Donovan said, acting like it wasn’t a big deal. “The minisub is for localized searches once you get there. I want the Charlotte to enter the bay.”
“You want this boat in that bay?” McGraw said, suddenly lowering the photos and locking his eyes on the vice admiral.
“Don’t give me that ‘I just shit my pants’ look, Larry. We know you can do it. You might not like it, but you can do it.”
