Age and Living Circumstances/Location: 17, Senior at Roanne High School, Missouri; living in Bayonne, suburb of large city in family home with her: recently-separated and ill mother, Rose; two younger sisters, Cassie, 12, and Violet, 6 (older brother, Thomas, 18, at college, freshman year); and, one dog.
Several boyfriends, not one special one, and many local friends.
Miscarried in September (pregnant by not using birth control and counting on the days near her period to "keep her safe," with her long-time, high school boyfriend, now at college); started on birth control pills in October.

► On Debate/Oral Interpretation Team, competing and winning in Duet Acting section with good friend as acting partner.
► Secretary of Missouri Secondary School Thespians and high school Thespians clubs.
► Chair of Make-up Committee for theater productions.
► Star of one-act play.
► Member, Chess Club (the only girl).
► Voted "Class Clown" for yearbook (along with class president).
► Applying to colleges and for scholarships.
► Piano accompanist for school musical and one chorus; member of chorus.
► Taking weekly piano lessons.
► Playing tennis, soccer, field hockey, bike riding, (working at Jewish day camp for younger teens, swimming in pools and lakes in summer).
