As their sleek craft slowed for an approach toward Planet Earth, this place was a welcome sight. Their journey from the vastness of infinity had brought them to another adventure. Yet another encounter with a beautiful but unknown world. Having recently traversed an endless darkness and then passed the outer planets of this system, Earth was regarded as a rare gem. These travelers possessed powerful abilities and a near eternity of experiences that enabled them to make this super quantum leap across the void from their homeland. For the natives of this place it was the time of Pharaohs and Neolithic cultures. Contact was initiated without delay and these beings must have seemed God-like to the inhabitants of Earth who could barely make sense of what was happening.
The legacy of their great deeds is a testament to their peaceful intent. Had violence and domination been their methods the laws of nature would have eliminated them long before their arrival here. They were builders whose generous and creative ways benefited all they met.
They stayed a while, however they measured time, then moved across the ever expanding space, searching for other life to cultivate.
Their awesome power and abilities led them to be worshipped in many ways across this innocent planet, which still resembled the Garden of Eden. They taught and mingled across the globe. The Egyptians, Mayans, Atlanteans, Asians and others all received this knowledge from the far reaches of the Universe.
This is a certainty to me, because our recorded time shows humans not far beyond throwing stones at trees, then suddenly higher mathematics, astronomy, engineering, and agriculture appear. A sophisticated life is mastered, on a relative scale, overnight. When it was time for them to go, these Supermen left en masse towards their next destination, to perform their sublime Johnny Appleseed routine again and again.
