A young Punjabi Brooklynite finds himself struggling to cope with life and love on the road to redemption after a childhood of domestic violence and the loss of his fiancée. Set between the boroughs of Brooklyn and Manhattan, Jagmohan is left hard-bitten from a series of hardships, when he crashes into fellow Brooklynite Gangotri, a hopeless romantic who suddenly finds herself at a loss upon losing her job and childhood sweetheart.
