Baby Boomer women accepted the challenges of their generation and started a movement--the sexual revolution and women's liberation. We now face our greatest battle--aging. It's time to start a new revolution to dispel the myths and misconceptions of aging thrust upon us. Women can take up this new challenge and show the world what older women can achieve.
Building strength is a key element to aging well. An 80 year-old who doesn't do strength training can lose as much as 50% of their muscle. That muscle can be regained at any age, contributing to quality of life as we age.
