Cry From The Grave is a book that was bubbling away inside of me forever. I'm always drawn by the "What if" scenario and how easily a person's life can be turned upside down by an unforeseen life-changing event. How we deal with those events is a personal thing but sometimes it brings out the best in us and a strength of character we never knew we possessed. And so it is for the heroine of my story who is handed an unexpected chance to find out what happened to her daughter, and is absolutely determined to make the most of it. I think everyone will empathise with Hannah's situation and be rooting for her and that is what I love ... creating strong, independent protagonists who draw us into their world and don't let us go until their situations have been resolved.
