LT the Dinosaur came to be after I had my son Logan. I wanted to write this book—and hopefully a series of books—for him, as a way to help him learn to read and to leave a legacy for him. It’s loosely based on him and his friends and the experiences we’ve had with them.

I learned from my son and his friends during playdates that when they get overly hungry (hangry) they become like dinosaurs. Experiencing this led me to come up with the idea for the book. During these playdates as soon as we fed the kids they would be back to normal and playing and having fun again with their friends.

LT is a dino that is sweet until he gets really hungry. Its all about the adventures of LT and how his mom handles the situations when he gets hangry. Im planning on a series and its going to be about LT and his different experiences such as going to kindergartern or flying on a plane.
