Alan Comeaux is no stranger to hardship. His childhood was impacted by his father’s alcoholism. At almost 18 years of age, he moves from his parents’ home to pursue his life on his own. He lost his first real job in the oil field due to layoffs. He set sails for California. He ran out of money quickly and found himself homeless and living in his truck. He was robbed, stabbed, beaten and left to die on the streets. Through God, he found shelter and life again. Alan married his beautiful wife and built a mighty sales career. On the outside, he seemed like a successful young man; however, his relationship with his wife was unraveling and almost falling apart altogether. Pride, anger, and money tested his faith once more. Through it all, God was with Alan. The one-word God spoke to him, repent, changed and touched him forever. Now, Alan wants to help others find the same confidence he has in his faith. With poignant scripture references, Alan takes the many lessons he’s absorbed through his struggles and provides inspiration for others to learn from the crosses he’s borne in his life. From dealing with worry and pride, parenting to relating to others, to finding faith when you want proof, Alan wants to help you discover the peace God provides to those who trust in Him.

3D Vision with God: Discipline, Depth, and Discernment If you want to truly grow with God, you need 3D Vision—the ability to see through the distractions, temptations, and lies of the world. This vision isn’t just about sight—it’s about perspective. And it requires three essential elements: 1️⃣ Discipline – You must discipline yourself to cut off anything that separates you from God. Pride, anger, lust, addiction, envy, gluttony—these are chains, not freedoms. True strength is saying no to the things that weaken your spirit and yes to the things that build your faith. 2️⃣ Depth – A shallow understanding of God won’t sustain you. You need to dive deep into His Word, His laws, and His purpose for your life. The deeper you go, the more you understand who you are in Him—and what He’s called you to do with the talents He gave you. 3️⃣ Discernment – The hardest choices aren’t between good and bad, but between what’s easy and what’s right. The world will pull you in every direction, but God’s path requires sacrifice. Discernment is the wisdom to see beyond temporary pleasure and choose eternal purpose instead. If you want to walk with God, you need 3D Vision—Discipline to stay pure, Depth to stay rooted, and Discernment to stay on His path.
